**Kolchak's Pupsicle tip: Try sealing the small end of a Kong toy with cheese or peanut butter, then fill with pupsicle mix and freeze. You can use a drinking glass to help Kong stay upright during freezing!
Kolchak's Veggie Pupsicles

2 c. low fat, low sodium chicken stock
1 cup. steamed veggies - our favs are green beans, carrot, or sweet peppers
1/4 tsp. garlic powder

Blend chicken stock & veggies together until smooth. Pour into ice cube trays - or silicone cupcake molds for bigger treats. Freeze and serve!

(For adventurous foodie humans - these can make an interesting conversation piece when served in gazpacho or other cold soups)

Kolchak's Fruit Pupsicles

These are good for Humans too! Mom steals ours ALL THE TIME!

2 c. water
1 c. fruit - our favs are blueberry, raspberry, nectarine, orange or YUM! Watermelon (When using watermelon, reduce to 1 c. water)

Blend water & fruit. Pour into ice cube trays - or silicone cupcake molds for bigger treats. Freeze and serve!

Kolchak's PB & Pumpkin Pupsicles

1 c. water
1 c. canned pumpkin (not pumpkin pie mix)
1 c. peanut butter
1/2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice (sugar free)

Mix water, pumpkin & peanut butter. Pour into ice cube trays or silicone cupcake molds for bigger treats. Freeze and serve!

Kolchak's Liver Pupsicles

1 c. poached chicken liver
2 cups low fat, low sodium chicken stock

Blend liver and chicken stock together. Pout into ice cube trays or silicone cupcake molds for bigger treats. Freeze and serve.
