INGREDIENTS:
*2 1/2 cups rice flour
or Kolchak's Favourite Flour mix
*6 tablespoons low sodium chicken stock
*1/2 cup water
*1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
*1 cup cooked mashed veggies
we like green beans, winter squash, sweet potato or zucchinis

Preheat oven to 350F.

In a large bowl, combine flour and garlic powder. Add in chicken stock and cooked mashed vegetables. Slowly add enough cold water to form a stiff dough.

Roll out the dough to 1/2" thick. Cut out shapes with cookie cutters or cut into squares with knives. Place on a parchment lined cookie sheet and bake for 25 minutes. Turn off oven and leave cookies in the oven to cool over night.
