*2 cups Kolchak's Favourite Flour Mix
*1 cup rolled oats
*1/3 cup natural, unsweetened peanut butter
*1 1/4 cups hot water


Preheat oven to 350F.

In a large bowl, combine flour and rolled oats. Add in the peanut butter and water, mix thoroughly. If the dough is still sticky, add a small amount of hot water to smooth it out. Knead the dough to ensure it is well mixed.

Use your hands to form small tablespoon sized balls. Place on parchment lined cookie sheet. Use the tines of a fork to flatten the cookies.

Bake for 40 minutes. For softer cookies, remove from oven and let cool. For harder cookies, turn off oven and let cool in the oven over night.
