*1 cup Kolchak's Favourite Flour
*1 teaspoon baking soda
*1/2 cup natural, unsweetened peanut butter
*1/4 cup unsweetened apple sauce
*1 cup shredded apple
*1 teaspoon vanilla
*1/3 cup honey
*1 egg
Preheat oven to 350F.
In a medium bowl, combine Flour and baking soda. In a separate bowl, combine peanut butter, apple sauce, vanilla, honey and shredded apple. In a small dish, beat egg until frothy and add to wet mixture. Stir well and add to dry ingredients. Mix well.
Grease a 9" cake pan and dust with flour. Pour in cake mix. Bake for 30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
Frost with peanut butter.
