*12 ounces raw liver
*1 cup + 1/8 cup Kolchak's Favourite Flour Mix
*2 cloves minced garlic
*Olive oil
Preheat oven to 350F.

Grease a 9" x 13" cake pake with olive oil and coat with flour, paying special attention to the sides.

Chop liver into chunks and place in food processor. Puree liver until it is smooth. In a mixing bowl, combine liver puree, flour, and garlic. Mix thoroughly by hand and pour into cake pan.

Bake for 30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Let sit for 10 minutes. Use a spatula to pull the sides of the brownie away from the pan and make sure the bottom is not stuck. Turn over pan gently onto a cutting board, and let brownies cool. When cooled, cut into chunks.

Store in refrigerator. Freeze any brownies you can not use in 5 days.
