*3/4 cup tuna or salmon -
if using canned - choose a variety packed in water with low-sodium
(dolphin friendly is always nice too!)
*1/2 cup chopped fresh parsley or
1 tablespoon dried parsley
*3 eggs
*1/2 cup sesame seeds
*1/2 cup sunflower seeds
*1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
*1/2 cup flax seeds
*2 cups (use more or less as needed) Kolchak's Favourite Flour Mix

Preheat oven to 375F.

Combine all ingredients, except flour, into a food processor or blender and process till well combined. (Larger seeds should be broken into smaller pieces.)

Add flour, a small amount at a time, until the mixture forms into a stiff dough. You may not need all the flour.

Turn out dough onto a lightly floured work surface and knead for about 1 minute. Roll out to a thickness of about 1/4". Cut into shapes using a cookie cutter dipped in flour or cut into squares using a knife. Place on greased cookie sheets. Bake treats for about 30 minutes or until firm and nicely browned. Cool treats on a wire rack.
